Sharing the same passion, Jolyane Lauzon co-founded the company and since then, she has been working as Director of Operations. From the world of customer service, she has developed her career in call center management, marketing content management and development, and also in client recovery. She is constantly developing new solutions to help her clients increase their loyalty, recover lost customers and develop their communication activities to their markets.
With a strong creativity, Jolyane carves to maintain good business relations and supports its customers in all the spheres of development of their company.
She knows how to put the image of your company in value and she develops excellent marketing strategies that will target each of your customers according to their type, their loyalty and their needs.
Not afraid of change and even less adaptation, Jolyane has developed and innovated several aspects of the company such as :
